When we were in the lift, Mr Paul explained that it’s best to not let others in and so when someone else try to get in, we also explained nicely to the neighbours. When we arrived. The photos were set up. They shaved her paws as we wanted her paw prints. They then took flowers and put it nicely around her. We were allowed to play our choice of religious music/chants/prayers. They then explained what shouldn’t be put together as it causes carbon etc. It felt like they too, were sending off WITH us not just FOR us. Picked out our urn and keepsakes. They also advised/recommended us on whether we should leave the bones whole or grind it etc. it was very professional and detailed. No regrets choosing Mandai Pet.
